17 months old

I am 17 months old. I am learning so many new things. I had a special treat this last month. I got to visit with my Great Grammie from Maine. I love her so much. We had so much fun playing. I wish she didn't live so far away. Since my G. Grammie was around I also saw my cousins and Aunties alot too. We played very well. Sometimes when I am with my cousin Shaylee people think we are twins. I love her. we love to hug and kiss and walk holding hands. Katie and Karalyn came for a visit too. We had a good time. Kara is only 10 days older than me but she is so tall! I'm still getting ready for my new baby sister. She will be here soon. Mommy isn't feeling too well but I take care of her. I am really good and going and getting things for her. At the end of the day there is quite a pile of things that she "needed" while she was on bedreast. I like that some days she can be up with my more because she is feeling better. We like to play "tickle" and "I'm gonna get you". I love my Mommy and my Daddy. Daddy likes to let me climb all over him. I love being way up high on his shoulders. He bounces me and it is so much fun.

16 months Old

I'm 16 months old. I am learning so many things. I know over 35 words and at least that many signs. My new favorite toy--- keys. I love to put them in any hole and try to open it. (Don't worry Mommy and Daddy covered all the outlets!) I am walking/ running all over the place and am so fast it is sometimes hard for my Mommy to keep up with me. I am excited about my baby sister being in Mommy's tummy. I have tried to "feed baby" by putting a bottle in mommy's belly button. I kiss her and hug her through my Mommy's belly. It's not always fun having mommy on bedrest but some days we lay on the floor and read book the whole day and I like that. Pluss I get to spend time with Grammie and auntie Amy and Shaylee alot when they are helping look after me for Mommy. I am almost 21 pounds and am 30 inches tall. I may be little but I love to eat alot. I have 10 teeth and more are coming in. It sure is easier to chew things now. I love Chocolate and Coke. Mommy sometimes lets me have a little. I love going for walks outside and playing with my babies. Sometimes I take my baby for a walk in her stroller. I need to go play now so i'll tell you more about myslef next month.

15 months old

I am 15 months old. Christmas is coming soon. I can't wait to open the boxes under the tree. I helped Mommy and Daddy pick out our tree, and decorate it. We had so much fun. We have had lots of snow here and I loved sledding. I didn't have a sled so Daddy pulled me around in an laundry basket. It was so much fun. I got cold really fast though. I didn't like to walk in the snow because it was to deep for me. Snow is so pretty. I am walking really well now even though I waddle a little still. I am practicing a lot. I am looking forward to seeing all of muy realatives this Christmas. We will be busy but I know I will have a great time. Mommy says it is time for a nap so I need to say "Bye Bye"

14 Months Old

I'm a big girl. I am 14 months old. I'm so big that I flew across the country for the first time. I visited my Great Grammie and Grampie in Maine. I also got to see my Mommy's Aunt and Uncle and cousins in Massachusetts. What a fun time. I missed my Daddy a lot. I have 5 teeth - 4 front ones and 1 molar! I am talking and signing a lot more. I am starting to stand on my own. I have only taken a half a step but I am gathering up my courage to walk on my own.

13 Months Old

I am 13 months old today. I have just learned a few new signs. I added the signs Mommy and Daddy as well as help and food to all the others I use regularly. I have really enjoyed playing with my cousin Shaylee this month. Also last weekend I got to see most of my cousins on the Bradley side and all the cousins on the McClure side all in one day! Lots of fun for me! Mommy said she will post some pictures soon. We misplace the camera since we got home from our camping trip. I love camping. I had a loft bed all to myself. I think Grammie and Grampie's trailer is like an Addie sized house. Something exciting is happening in a few weeks. Mommy and Daddy will tell me if I get a baby brother or a baby sister. I can't wait to meet my baby. I am practicing to be good with my dollies. Mommy tells me about the baby every day. I don't quite understand but Mommy says I will love my baby and also be a big helper. I even get to sleep in a big girl bed. I will try to finish writing later.

One year old!

I am one year old. I have come a long way this year. I have four teeth and Mommy thinks I am working on a couple more. I am so close to standing and walking on my own. I have become quite a climber and can get myself in some interesting spots. I love to stand on my stool and talk to people and animals out the window as they pass by. I had a wonderful birthday. I celebrated with the McClure side a few weeks early so that I could celebrate the same day as my cousin Karalynn, Grampie McClure and Auntie Amy. I really enjoyed my carrot cake. It was pink and green with a huge flower on top. I then had another birthday party with the Bradley side. I ate a pink Chocolate cake and made such a mess. My whole family gave me so many fun things to play with and beautiful clothes to wear. The only sad part about my birthday was I had a bad cold and wasn't feeling very well. My Mommy and Daddy want to take me for a birthday picture but I keep falling down and bumping myself or getting scratched by the kitty when I play with her. Mommy has decided that maybe she can't wait until I stop hurting myself because then she will never get me in for pictures. I got a Dolly for my birthday and I love to hold her and pat her back or rock her. Mommy is teaching me how to be nice to a baby since in about 6 months I will have a baby sister or Brother of my own to play with. I think the time will pass really fast. I'll tell you more next month.

11 Months

I am 11 months old today. I have learned so many things this month. I love to walk with push toys. I can't walk by myself yet but I am getting stronger and will do it on my own soon. This month I have spent lots of time playing with cousin Shaylee. She loves to give me hugs. My favorite place to play are the stairs in Shaylee's house. I love to climb stairs and Shaylee is helping me learn how to slide down them on my belly. My Mommy and Daddy told me some good news this month. They told me that I am a big sister but I have to wait until March to meet my new little sister or brother. I don't really know what that means yet but I think it should be fun. I have two teeth on the bottom and I like to show them off with my huge smiles. I still love to dance and clap my hands with music. I still love water, wether it is my bath or Grammie's pool I have a lot of fun.
